It takes only a few weeks to build out your store, but with the time to set-up the relationship with your vendors, systems, training, and municipalities you can expect approximately six weeks from the time you sign a lease. You most likely won’t have to pay rent until you open.

You can be an absentee owner if you wish. We recommend an active owner. As with any business the presence of the owner is a key ingredient to being successful. If you’re not going to be present on a regular basis, we highly recommend a key manager be hired and trained.

It’s possible that you could save a little money doing it yourself in the beginning, but you will spend far more going out of business. We are experts in the industry. We have a system that works. Tanning Trendz eliminates or at least minimizes the headaches of starting a new business.

You have the option to sell many other products through our vendors. Also, feel free to add whatever you’d like. We recommend that you sell all products related to the tanning industry. Some clients implement other services as well, such as teeth whitening.

Tanning Trendz will find your location for you, unless you have already located one. We do complete market research once you have signed a contract with our company. This research takes into consideration traffic counts, competition, demographics, analyzing curb appeal, ingress, egress, linear sq. footage, visibility, anchors and more. This is what we do best and a key to your success!

We give you all the tools necessary to be a successful business owner in the tanning industry. After we put everything in place for you it will be very easy to run your business.
